For over 25 years, we have performed Engineering Analysis, Accident          Reconstruction and Safety Analysis for incidents, involving:

- consumer products
- industrial and commercial equipment
- industrial and commercial operations and construction activities
- premises, buildings and property, including slip, trips and falls
- traffic accidents, including roadway issues
- chemicals, gases, and materials
- industrial fires and explosions
- incidents of hazardous combustion, including heating system                         malfunctions with carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning, and                                   furnace explosions

      Analyses performed also cover:

- human factors involved in the incident
- codes and standards applicable to the product, equipment or facility
- warnings and safety design, and the application of the safety                           hierarchy in design
The Geographic Area of our practice is not limited.  We regularly handle incidents which occur in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and New York, and have also handled incidents which occurred in West Virginia, including inspections of accident sites, equipment, and facilities in these states.  Inspections of equipment and mobile facilities have also been conducted in North Carolina & Vermont.  We are prepared for investigation and analysis of incidents in other states, including inspections of accident sites, equipment, and facilities in these states.
