Our Work with Workplace Accidents: Industrial, Commercial, Farm, Forest, Extraction and Construction, with Sites, Facilities, Operations and Activities - includes investigation and engineering analysis of facility operations, design and conditions, and site conditions and activities, and reconstruction of accidents associated with these operations and activities.
Our work includes assessment of the effectiveness of the use of safeguards and warnings, and the adherence to applicable codes, standards and recommended practices, including the OSHA Code, for both the equipment and facilities and the operations and activities. Our work includes assessment of the activities of the persons involved in the accident, as these activities relate to the accident.
In regard to the facilities analyzed, our work in this area covers issues which are more specific to the special characteristics of industrial, commercial, farm, forest, extraction and construction facilities and sites, rather than the general features and characteristics of a broad range of buildings and properties which are covered on the Premises Accidents page.
